How do I update or create a nickname through a web browser?

Once you log in to your Omada account on a desktop or mobile browser, navigate to your Settings page.

1. Click on Name, Email, and Phone Number.
2. Under the “Nickname” field, enter your preferred nickname in the box provided.
3. Click Save Changes. You will now be addressed by your nickname in Omada.
