How do I update my name, phone number, or email address on my mobile app?

If you need help with updating your name, phone number, or email address via a desktop or mobile browser, click here.

Once you’re logged in to your Omada account on the mobile app:

For Android:

1. Tap on the three horizontal bars to open your sidebar menu
2. Tap on Settings
3. Tap on the Name, Email and Phone number tile.
4. Once you’re on the profile page, you’ll be able to update any of the fields: first name, last name, nickname, phone number, and email.
5. Tap on ← Profile at the top left corner of your screen to save changes.

For iPhone:

1. Tap on the Progress tile at the bottom right of your screen
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top right of your screen
3. Tap on the Name, Email and Phone Number tile
4. Once you’re on the profile page, you’ll be able to update any of the fields: first name, last name, nickname, phone number, and email
5. Tap on < Settings at the top left corner of your screen and hit Done to save changes.
