How do I disable personalized Omada push notifications on my mobile device?

In addition to daily program reminders, we also have separate push and email notifications specific to individual engagement. If you would like to stop personalized push notifications and have already turned off push reminders within the Omada app, you can do so through your mobile device’s general settings. 

All Omada notifications will need to be disabled on your phone to turn off these notifications.

                  *Please note, this applies to push notifications only, not email notifications

For iPhone:

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Click on Notifications

3. Click on Omada 

4. Toggle off Notifications

             

For Android:

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Click on Apps

3. Click on Omada

4. Toggle off Notifications
