During the program you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have with your Health Coach. You can always reach out to the Member Support team, who are also part of your care team, for help with administrative and operational things like if your scale is not working. And, for any specialized input your Health Coach needs, they can access Omada’s cardiometabolic specialists and behavioral health specialists any time, although you will work directly only with your Health Coach or Member Support. If you have any questions specific to your medication, please direct these to your provider. We also offer a community for Members on GLP-1 medications for weight loss that is monitored by a Clinical Specialist.
