American Specialty Health (ASH)

American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc. (ASH Fitness) offers the Active&Fit DirectTM (A&FD) fitness membership program. The program works somewhat like Class Pass. A member signs up with A&FD for a $28 enrollment fee and $28 / month plus applicable taxes. A&FD issues the member a fitness card that can be printed or displayed on their phone and the member can choose from 9,000+ fitness centers across the country to work out. Cigna, as part of our Integrated Diabetes Prevention Program (IDPP) has negotiated with ASH Fitness to waive the enrollment fee for A&FD for our participants.
