May I take a vacation?

Of course! We hope you have a wonderful time.

If you have not yet started in Omada, please contact us with the date you will be back from your vacation so we can delay your kick off.

If you are enrolled in Omada, you are welcome to bring your scale with you when traveling in the US.

The Omada wireless scale transmits weights over a cellular network. Wi-Fi, web routers, or internet connections are not required.

If you choose not to travel with your scale, you may use another scale while you're away. Please contact us to elect this option, and we will update your account so that you may enter your weight manually on the mobile app or the website while on vacation.

Waiting until you return home to weigh in works too. If your trip will be longer than one week, please notify your Digital Health Coach.

You may also update your email preferences to turn off the weigh-in reminders in Settings.
