Can I be placed in a group that doesn’t contain my co-workers?

If you are participating in Omada through your employer, we understand you may be curious about options for joining a group without co-workers. 

Some employers who are covering the cost of Omada for you may have restrictions on program or group options. However we will do our very best to honor requests. Please contact us at [e-mail] to discuss your options.

Most co-workers participate in groups that contain co-workers but some choose to limit the personal information they share. For instance, you may choose to upload an inspirational photo instead of a headshot and use a nickname in Omada.
