Your scale is intended for your personal use while in the Omada program, as the scale will be directly connected to your account. This ensures that the weights on your Progress chart are yours, and your chart does not begin to track someone else's weights.
We understand that sometimes family members, friends or pets may step on it!
If a family member or visitor with a similar weight steps on your scale, it is possible their weight may appear on your chart. In most cases, others’ weights that are out of your range, +/- 15 lbs, will automatically be filtered out and not appear in your account. Please check your weight chart to determine if you have any incorrect weight readings.
If you see any incorrect weight readings on your chart, please contact Support as you’re not able to delete a weight reading.
