For iOS: How do I verify my weight on the mobile app?

When you weigh-in for the first time, we'll compare that number to the starting weight you entered on your application. If it looks very different, we may ask you to verify your starting weight to make sure it's correct. Verifying your weight helps the scale recognize you, filter out any incorrect weight readings, and track your progress.

You may verify your weights via the mobile app by following the steps below:

1. Tap the Progress icon at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to your Progress Page.

2. Then select Weight History.

3. Tap "Yes, this was me" to verify your weight readings.

4. Tap "No, this wasn't me" to any incorrect weight readings.
5. Once you have verified your weights, your weight chart should now display your weights.
   1. Please note: You will only need to verify your weights once and your weights should now transmit to your account. Your scale will automatically filter out any weights that have a 15lb or greater difference than your most recent weight.
