I don’t see my order in Amazon, when will Omada ship it?

If you are clinically eligible, you will receive a Welcome Kit from Omada once you have been placed in a group.

If you are eligible for an Omada program, and enroll, Omada will supply any equipment that is included in that program that is clinically appropriate for you, at no cost to you. The equipment is shipped before your start date. You will receive an email with tracking information once your equipment is on its way. Members should receive their equipment the day before or the day that they officially start.
