For Android: How do I view and edit my Lab Results?

You are now able to add, edit, and view your Lab Results via your Omada app to share with your care team! This will give you as well as your care team a better understanding of the changes in your values over time.

To add, edit, and view your Labs you must log into your account via the Omada app.

1. Tap the Progress icon at the bottom of your screen
   
2. Scroll Down to the Your Health Data section and tap Labs.
   
3. You will be brought to your Labs page.
   
4. Tap Add your labs if you have had lab tests completed for the for any of the following:
   1. A1C
   2. HDL 
   3. LDL
   4. Triglyceride
       
5.  Please enter the date of your lab tests by tapping When was your last lab test? Then toggle the month, date, and year. If you’re unsure of the exact date, estimates are OK! If you do not remember the date or if you do not have an estimated date, you may leave this blank
   
6. You may add one or multiple lab tests at once. Select the lab tests you would like to add and enter a value.
   1. Please note: If you completed a test, but were unsure of what the value is, you may still select the test type and leave the value box blank.
      
7. Once you have entered the lab values, please tap Save and Finish.
   
8.  The Labs values should now be visible on your Labs page. You may tap X to exit or tap Add Labs to add more values from test results.

9.  If you would like to delete a lab value:
   1. Tap the lab value you would like to delete.
   2. Tap the trash icon.
   3. A prompt will ask if you would like to delete the lab value?
   4. Please tap Cancel if you’d like to keep the value or tap Delete to remove the value.
