Program Complete, Now What?

Now that you have completed your physical therapy care with Omada what is next? 

You can message your PT anytime with medical questions as you continue to work on your program independently. You will always have access to the workout in the app! 

Your workouts will now be located in the Progress Tab. 

If you need to schedule an appointment with your PT go to the Inbox Tab and click the calendar to make an appointment. 

If you do not already have a PT assigned to you, then navigate to the inbox tab and click Select a Program.
